General information for registration:

  • After successful registration you will receive an automatically generated e-mail.
    Please check your spamfolder accordingly. If you have booked on account, you will receive your e-ticket after we have received your payment. Upon successful credit card payment, you will receive your e-ticket directly.
  • Please bring the e-ticket digitally or printed to the event.
  • Due to organisational reasons, on-site registration can not be accepted.
  • Cancellations must be received no later than 31 July 2023. Cancellations received thereafter are non-refundable.
  • All tickets include access to the poster walk and also to the conference dinner.
